• Intrastate hauling within Florida; non‑CDL limits apply.
• Quotes assume reasonable load/unload access and waiting times.
• Customer is responsible for accurate load details and non‑owned trailer roadworthiness.
• Deposits are applied to final invoice; cancellations may forfeit deposit if within 24 hours of scheduled start.
• Liability limited to the amount charged unless otherwise agreed in writing.
